These terms and conditions define the rights and obligations of the seller and the buyers. All contractual relationships between the parties are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

II. Orders and Conclusion of the Contract

  1. Orders can be placed online through the website.

  2. Creating an account is not required to place an order.

  3. Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay.

  4. Prices on the website include VAT.

III. Delivery

  1. Delivery Time: Products are shipped from Poland to the United Kingdom within 4–6 business days from the conclusion of the purchase contract.

  2. Delivery Method: Deliveries are carried out by ROYAL MAIL, one of the most trusted and widely used courier companies in the United Kingdom, to ensure timely and secure delivery.

  3. Delay Notifications: In case of a delivery delay, the customer will be notified by phone or email only if we are first informed about the delay by the courier service or receive information through other official channels.

IV. Returns and Complaints

  1. The buyer has the right to return the goods without giving any reason within 7 days of receiving the order.

  2. Opened, used products or products with one sachet removed from the package are not eligible for return.

  3. Complaints can be submitted via email with a description of the problem.

  4. The buyer bears the shipping costs for returns.

  5. Complaints will be processed within 2 business days, and returns will be handled within 2 weeks of receiving the product at the company’s headquarters.

 

V. Data Protection

  1. DEJMI LTD processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

  2. Collected personal data: Name, Surname, Email address, Phone number, Address.

  3. Personal data is processed for order fulfillment, contract registration, and potential future legal defense.

  4. Personal data is stored for 10 years from the completion of the last part of the contract.

  5. Customers can opt out of receiving commercial communications at any time.

  6. Personal data is processed by DEJMI LTD as the data controller and by the service provider Shopify.

VI. Promotions and Discounts

  1. The store offers discount codes, promotions, and loyalty programs.

  2. Promotions can be combined with other discounts unless otherwise stated.
